Very Happy
I spoke to Jacqui 4 years ago while going through a divorce and said to her if you can get $1.5 million I will sell. A year later she called and said I can get that easy now but I should wait as things are going nuts.

When Shelley first saw our investment property it was uninhabitable after years of neglect. She offered to project manage a complete refurb of kitchen, bathroom, living areas, electricals and exterior which was a great help for us given we are located interstate. The work was completed on time and budget. Shelley really went above and beyond anything we have experienced with other agents in 20yrs of owning properties in different states. The property has never looked better and is now rented to a great tenant.

A Great Price With Minimal Fuss

Record Price!
Jacqui sold one of two blocks we owned in the avenues at Sandgate which our family have owned for three generations. It went to auction and achieved a record price for the area. Jacqui is a great agent, straight shooter and professional in her dealings. We would have her as our agent again. She was also able to organize us a great rental while we await the construction of our new house on the remaining block.

Highly recommend!
