What You’ll Do:
- Property Management: Assist in managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring top-notch service for our landlords and tenants. Facilitate entry/ exit inspections, respond to email and phone enquiries and lead the front reception duties.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants and service providers, delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced Senior Property Manager and Sales Team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across an array of disciplines within Real Estate.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle lease agreements, maintenance requests, process property applications, and other property management duties with efficiency and care.
What You’ll Need:
- Real Estate Certificate: A Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (or equivalent nationally recognised training) is essential for this role – you’ll need a Real Estate Certificate of Registration and be ready to hit the ground running.
- Passion for Property: A genuine interest in real estate and a desire to build a successful career in the industry.
- Great Communication Skills: You’ll be interacting with a variety of stakeholders, so being a confident and adaptable communicator is key.
- Team Player Attitude: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn from the best.
